Join us for a peaceful blend of mindful walking, light yoga stretches, and uplifting affirmations—designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in nature.
In a small group, we’ll move together at a relaxed pace, pausing for light, beginner-friendly yoga stretches and uplifting affirmations to help calm the mind and release tension. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, you’ll find space to breathe deeply, move with intention, and simply be.
- Open to all levels—no prior yoga experience required
- Ideal for those seeking relaxation, stress relief, and a deeper self-connection
- Light stretching, walking the Trinity Trails, and moments of stillness
- Come with an open and curious mind
- Wear comfortable clothes, walking shoes, and water
