Join Faith-in-Action and fellow friends for advocacy days under the Gold Dome. Each event kicks off at 8 am with breakfast at Central Presbyterian Church and continues through the morning. Everyone is welcome, but registration is required. Prior experience is not required, as these gatherings include issues briefings and advocacy/policy training to help you prepare for your moments with your senators and representatives. Hosted by the Georgia Justice Project and themed: “Rooted in Justice, Thriving Together.”  The GJP works to improve the criminal justice system in Georgia.  2025 policy priorities include providing a fair chance for people with arrests or conviction records to pursue careers in licensed fields, improving and expanding expungement and the First Offender Act, and preventing the criminalization of domestic violence survivors.
