Adult Ministries

We offer adult education classes, small groups, fellowship, studies, and outings that help people at every age and stage learn, grow in faith, and deepen their relationships with God and each other.

Rosemary Kittrell Lecture Series

Trinity is committed to seeking understanding. Throughout the year, we offer classes and other opportunities to explore our faith and deepen our understanding of our world. With the annual Rosemary Kittrell Memorial Lecture, Trinity hosts a renowned speaker for an event that is open to all and free of charge.

We are a group of 20- & 30-somethings committed to growing in faith together, connecting with God and one another. We have regular fellowship and opportunities for faith formation, and whether you’re single, engaged or married, with or without kids, you are welcome and invited. We’d love to get to know you!

For any questions, please contact Rev. Lucy Strong.

Trinity has many small groups that gather for fellowship, conversation, learning, and mutual support. Some groups are formed by age or life stage, others by focus or format. There are groups meeting on different days and at different times so there is a place for everyone.

Prime Timers is a ministry of fellowship and learning for adults 65 and older. We gather for one-day trips, meals, education, and service projects.

We gather together as a family in Christ to get to know each other, to become friends, and to enjoy each other’s company. From BBQ & Bluegrass to Bingo Nights, fellowship is an important part of the life of Trinity.

Caring Ministries

Just as God cares for us, we are called to care for each other. Compassionate care is at the heart of Trinity’s life as a community. No matter what you’re experiencing—whether it’s joy, grief, fear, or life transition—or if you just need someone to talk to—Trinity offers ministries that meet you where you are. It is a privilege to share one another’s joys and to walk together through life’s challenges.

Trained and supervised laypersons called Stephen Ministers provide confidential one-on-one care to individuals facing life challenges or difficulties. To request a Stephen Minister, please email stephenminister@trinityatlanta.org.

Trinity pastors offer support for members and friends during times of illness, grief, hospitalization, and isolation. To share a need or prayer request, please contact the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. To request pastoral care after church office hours, contact the pastor on call at 404-237-6491.

This long-time ministry supports Trinity’s pastors as they care for the community. Pastors’ Aid volunteers help to welcome new babies, comfort those who mourn, reach out to members in need, and host receptions following memorial services. To learn more about Pastors’ Aid, contact Rev. Tom Farmer.

Trinity’s Counseling and Enrichment Committee supports mental and emotional wellness by assisting members with counseling fees and working with counselors to provide referrals, classes, and small groups focused on mental and emotional health. To learn more, view our affiliate counselors here.

The Visitation Committee provides companionship, care, and Holy Communion with members who are unable to attend worship or regular fellowship. For more information, contact Rev. Tom Farmer.

Join us as we explore stories from the Bible in an interactive, discussion-oriented setting. Not an expert? Not a problem. This class is for anyone hoping to fellowship with other Trinity members while growing their faith by reflecting on the teachings of Jesus and asking questions. Bring your Bible (and a sense of humor), and let’s grow together.

Children are welcome at all worship services at Trinity. For those who are interested, childcare is available Sunday mornings for children Pre-K (4 years) and younger from 8:45 am until 12:15 pm.

Trinity welcomes whole families into our church! Naturally, that includes the littlest ones. We offer childcare for children Pre-K (4 years old) and younger during worship services, the Sunday School hour, and during select church events. Here are some helpful things to be aware of upon arrival to make the check-in process seamless for both you and your child.

  • Masks are optional for all children and adults.
  • Childcare check in table is in the Building D entryway.
  • To help keep everyone safe, parents should NOT enter the classrooms.

Mission Ministries

At Trinity, we seek to participate in God’s mission for the world, following the command to know, love, and serve our neighbors.

We partner with organizations in the Atlanta area to build mutual relationships and expand their capacity to address inequity and disparity, with a particular focus on hunger, education, and advocacy.

Trinity is committed to long-term, mutual relationships with our sisters and brothers around the world. We are part of the La Gonave Haiti Partners Network and Cuba Partners Network of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and have long-standing partnerships with LaPlaya Presbyterian Church, Cuba and organizations on the island of La Gonave, Haiti working to improve access to healthcare, education, economic opportunity, sanitation, and clean water.

Our 2025 Cuba Mission Trip is from February 18th to February 25th.

At Trinity, we recognize that all people are created in the image of God, and we lament the perpetration of violence against our Black and Brown siblings across our nation and the world. We are committed to seeking the equitable, just, and merciful world that God envisions and we stand against the systemic inequities that permeate our society and the church. Join us to listen, learn, pray, and act for racial justice.

Music Ministries

Worship is the heart of what we do at Trinity. Music is part of many of our gatherings, from weekly worship to special services and concerts. Our dynamic choir program begins at age 4 and continues through adulthood, providing instruction and the opportunity to share our gifts in the worship of God.

We hope these brief musical meditations featuring contributions from Trinity’s music staff, instrumentalists, and friends will provide spiritual sustenance and an experience of beauty as we continue to navigate the world around us.

Trinity’s choir program is open to students ages 4 through 12th grade. All new and returning students must submit a registration form each season. To register your child for choir, please complete and submit the form below. If you would like to register multiple children, please complete one form for each child. Each choir performs during worship several times each year. Choir schedules are distributed in August.

  • Cherub I (Pre-K – 4 yrs old by September 1) on Thursdays, 4:45pm-5:15pm
