Trinity Presbyterian Church’s basketball program provides an environment of fun, fair play, and fellowship. We emphasize participation, enjoyment, and skill development.
In partnership with Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, we offer basketball programs for K – 6th grade, with one-hour practices during the week, and one-hour games played on Saturdays and Sundays at Trinity Presbyterian Church, PRUMC, Heritage Preparatory School, Atlanta International School, or the former Atlanta Girls’ School.
The TPC basketball program is a “bring your own team” league. All coaches are parent volunteers. Coaches are asked to submit team rosters of no more than ten players and are responsible for confirming all players’ participation and registration.
Players without a designated coach may be waitlisted. Please note that registration does not guarantee placement on a team.
Practices begin Monday, December 2, 2024, and games begin Saturday, December 7, 2024 (there will be a Christmas Break Saturday, December 21, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025, with no games or practices scheduled during that time). The final weekend for basketball is February 15-16, 2025.
Practice and game schedules will be given to coaches once registration has closed. If you have a preferred practice schedule, please communicate this with your coach. Coaches will be responsible for communicating this preference to the league administrators.

Registration Details
How Do I Register My Child?
- Registration will open on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Once registration opens, individuals can register and pay online. If you have played before and would like to be on the same team, please contact your coach to confirm now.
- All Coaches, please begin assembling your teams (with no more than ten players) and begin contacting your players. We are accepting rosters for teams until Monday, October 21st, 2024, when registration closes. These can be submitted to basketball@trinityatlanta.org, along with three preferred practice days and times (options include Mondays through Thursdays 4:00 pm / 5:00 pm / 6:00 pm / 7:00 pm / 8:00pm).
- For individual players that are not part of a confirmed coach’s roster, placement on teams will be based on roster availability once registration closes on Friday, October 21, 2024. Unfortunately, placement is not guaranteed. Players will be notified of their status by Monday, October 28th, 2024.
Registration will close when the TPC basketball program is at capacity, or on Monday, October 21st, 2024—whichever occurs first. Coaches and players will be notified of their team and roster status by Monday, October 28, 2024, to allow time for players to register with other local leagues as needed.
