A native of Virginia, Tom holds degrees from Hampden-Sydney College, Union Presbyterian Seminary, and Chicago Theological Seminary. He’s served as pastor for churches in Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Kentucky. At Trinity, he works with Pastors’ Aid, Stephen Ministers, Counseling and Enrichment, and Visitation to provide Christian care for members of the congregation. “I enjoy sharing the good news of God’s embracing love for people in times of stress and in times of great joy,” he says. Thomas and his wife, Martha, have two grown children, who also live in Atlanta with their families. When he’s not in church, Tom enjoys putting time in on the golf course and attending concerts at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
