Prime Timer’s Duck Pond Excursion

Prime Timers’ final excursion for this year is a walking tour of the Duck Pond, led by Richard Waterhouse and Caleb Brown of Buckhead Heritage.  Scheduled for May 15 beginning at 10 a.m., this hour-and-a-half walk includes one long hill up Lakeview Avenue, followed by a lunch in Peachtree Battle Shopping Center.  We will carpool from Trinity and park at the Peachtree Heights East Historical Sign which is situated in front of the house at 81 Lakeview Avenue.  In the event of rain, the walking tour will be cancelled.  There is no cost for the tour, only cost for your lunch.

Prime Timer’s Visit to Presbyterian Village

Prime Timers’ next trip is a visit to Presbyterian Village, a ministry of the Presbyterian Church, on Thursday, April 25.  We will tour the retirement community, visit model apartments, talk with the director, and share a chicken salad lunch with resident Trinity members.  We have just 19 places on the van that will depart Trinity at 10:15 a.m. and return about 3 p.m.  There is no cost.  Sign up before April 18.

Flower Guild Workshop

The Flower Guild Committee is having a Flower Arranging Workshop on February 21st from 1:00 to 3:00. We would like to invite anyone who is interested in flowers or flower arranging to join us. We will meet in the sanctuary.  Come for fellowship and a learning experience!
